Almoson Telecom is the second largest public owned telecommunication
firm under New Zealand Telecom.
1994年，埃尔默森电信在新西兰首都惠灵顿成立。至2001年公司全球雇员已超过3000余人。
Founded in 1994 at Wellington, New Zealand, Almoson has grown to an
enterprise with 3,000 employees worldwide.
1998年，埃尔默森电信收购澳大利亚VICOM公司之控制权益，用于扩大楼宇自动化管理系统业务。
In 1998, Almoson acquired the majority control of VICOM from Australia,
with an aim of expanding its business in the sector of building automation
systems.
埃尔默森电信通过向全球主要通讯和网络供应商取得分销权，不断收罗新产品及周边设备，扩大产品组合，加强系统综合能力。
Almonson has been developing its product categories and comprehensive
systemized service capability through the maximized new product ranges,
